This review is so long overdue!
I have been using this agency since the birth of my first son in 2016 and I honestly don't know what I would've done if I hadn't found this place. With the help of the agency (Specifically Stephanie), I have met such kind, genuine nannies- people that may not even work for me anymore but still keep in contact with me.
I AM VERY PICKY. I may have trialed over 10 nannies before I found one that I felt was most compatible for me and my family. And throughout the interview and hiring process, Stephanie was always there assisting and advising whenever needed. Not every nanny you interview will be suitable for you and your family but that is why you need to trial them for at least a couple days. And honestly, communication is key. Nannies can't read your mind and no one is perfect. Tell them what you want done. Be straight forward but fair... and always be kind. They are, after all, taking care of your kid(s).
