We verify references and screen candidates before presenting them for interviews. If your family needs a specific level of screening, tell us your requirements during consultation.
Some live-out nannies drive and commute independently. Many live-in roles do not require driving. If driving is required for school drop-offs or errands, tell us so we can filter candidates.
Language availability varies by caregiver. Many candidates speak combinations of English, Mandarin, Cantonese, Indonesian, and other languages. Share your preference so we can prioritize it.
Timelines vary by role complexity, location, and your requirements. If your request is time-sensitive, share your start date and must-haves so we can prioritize the search.
