How long does matching take?
Once your booking is secured and we review your requirements, we typically present 2–3 pre-screened candidates within 1-2 weeks, depending on availability and your location. For specialized live-in Chinese confinement placements, early booking is recommended to ensure availability.
Is this a commitment?
Submitting the form and securing a consultation allows us to begin the matching process — but you are not obligated to hire any candidate until you feel confident in your selection. You will have the opportunity to review profiles and conduct interviews before making a final decision.
What if the nanny doesn’t work out?
We understand that the right fit is important. If the placement does not work out within the agreed period, we offer a replacement guarantee — the full length of the booking for postpartum placements; for nannies, housekeepers and elderly care, 60 days in Southern California and 90 days in Northern California, San Diego and other states — to help ensure your family receives the support you need.
